I truly understand what it takes to get a loan to closing. I approach the lending process a bit differently than most of my peers; it takes teamwork to get to a closing table with no problems. I don't mind going the extra mile to work with appraisers, title companies, agents and even sellers to make that happen. I have a can do attitude!!

Colony is not a mortgage broker but rather a mortgage banker and what that means to you is that we underwrite & fund our own loans in house.
